My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the pool area was nice and there were some good facilities, the food was seriously lacking and the staff could improve their attitude significantly. I had hoped for a relaxing vacation but ended up eating out most of the time due to the food quality. The lack of customer service really affected the experience as well.
